2026-2027 Leadership Experience Program

The Greater Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce presents the 2026 - 2027 Leadership Experience Program. This 9 month program provides participants with opportunities to develop their leadership skills, build their network, and experience behind-the-scenes tours of local Idaho Falls organizations. 

This immersive experience brings together professionals from a wide range of industries to explore the key issues shaping our region. Through hands-on learning, site visits, and meaningful conversations with local business leaders, participants gain a deeper understanding of what it truly means to lead in our business world. 

Graduates leave with the tools, insight, and network to make a lasting impact — both within their organizations and in the broader community.
