Día de los Muertos- Non-Profit Organization

Booth Space: 10x10 feet
● Booth Decoration Encouraged: Vendors are encouraged to decorate their booths in
the colorful, vibrant, and meaningful spirit of Día de los Muertos (e.g., marigolds, papel
picado, calaveras, etc.)
● Application Deadline: 1 week before the event (or until all spots are filled)
● Payment Deadline: All vendor payments are due at the time of contract submission.
○ 50% refund will be given if vendors cancel by October 23rd.
○ No refund will be given if vendors cancel after October 23rd.
● Marketing Support: We ask that all vendors help promote the event through their social
media channels to reach a wider audience and increase event participation.
